Here are some places to begin whether it’s your first time in therapy or continuing your journey towards recovery. As part of our mission to raise awareness about OCD and related disorders, increase access to effective treatment, help end stigma, and foster a community, the IOCDF provides resources and programs throughout the year for individuals affected by OCD, their families, and mental health professionals, alike.

Anxiety and Depression Association of America -ADAA.org

The Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) works to prevent, treat, and cure anxiety disorders and depression.ADAA is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and cure of anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders through the alignment of science, treatment, and education.

Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies – ABCT.org
