Jamie Dunn, LMHC – President (and Founding Member)

Jamie Dunn is a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience specializing in anxiety-related disorders, OCD, and depression. She is a founding member and current President of OCD Iowa, leading advocacy and outreach efforts across the state. Jamie is committed to evidence-based care, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other specialized treatments to support individuals in building resilience and living authentically. She holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Cardinal Stritch University. Passionate about community impact, Jamie brings both clinical expertise and leadership experience to her role on the board.

Erin Stevens, PhD, LP – Vice President (and Founding Member)

Dr. Erin Stevens is a licensed clinical psychologist and founding board member of OCD Iowa, where she currently serves as Vice President. Originally from Perry, Iowa, she now lives in the Des Moines metro and is dedicated to expanding awareness and access to evidence-based OCD treatment across the state. Erin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and her PhD in clinical psychology from Northern Illinois University. She is the owner of Anxiety & OCD Treatment Services in West Des Moines, a group practice that specializes in exposure-based treatments for anxiety and OCD. Erin has chaired the annual Des Moines One Million Steps for OCD Walk for the past 3 years, helping grow it into one of the largest affiliate walks in the country.

Breck Westerly, MBA – Treasurer (and Founding Member)

Breck brings over 15 years of business and finance expertise to his role as Board Treasurer for OCD Iowa. Driven by his own lived experience with OCD, Breck is deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of the disorder. He is a firm believer in the power of community and is passionate about connecting others with the practical resources they need to thrive. Breck holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration.


Trisha Crabbs, LMHC – Secretary

Trisha Crabbs is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and board member of OCD Iowa, where she currently serves as secretary. She is committed to providing evidence-based care, with specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other empirically supported treatments for individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Trisha earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Drake University, as well as a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She is the co-owner of Prairie Wellness in Des Moines, Iowa, a practice dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across a range of concerns.

Jakob Jehn – Assistant Secretary/Social Media Manager

Jakob is a clinical intern at Seva Counseling in Des Moines, Iowa. He is receiving training in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) as well as exposure and response prevention (ERP). Jakob will graduate with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling in May 2026, and he is excited to continue providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with OCD and other mental health concerns. Jakob has been volunteering with OCD Iowa since 2024 as their social media manager (give us a follow!). Jakob’s lived experience with OCD fuels his passion to raise awareness, promote understanding, and provide community opportunities for Iowans living with the condition.
